Responsible Sourcing from Sustainable Suppliers
We partner with suppliers who share our values around animal welfare, food quality, and environmental responsibility.
We’re proud to source our high-welfare poultry from Soanes Poultry, who are BRCGS accredited and Red Tractor certified. Soanes is committed to sustainable agriculture, with multiple renewable energy technologies installed across their farms and processing facilities. Their energy generation totals more than 11,000 MW annually – enough to power 650 homes – significantly reducing their carbon footprint.
Our premium beef is supplied by Hewitt Meats in Northern Ireland, a long-standing partner of over 20 years. As our exclusive beef supplier in the South East, Hewitt Meats provides consistently high-quality beef products while leading in environmental stewardship. Also BRCGS accredited and Red Tractor certified, Hewitt has invested in a farm-based green biogas plant which powers their entire factory. The surplus energy is fed back into the national grid, powering over 300 homes and businesses in the local community.

We’ve invested in advanced route planning software to reduce food miles and improve fuel efficiency across our fleet. This technology enables us to optimise delivery routes while maintaining the responsive and reliable service our customers expect. Our base in Brighton is ideally located to support efficient deliveries across the South of England, with excellent access North, East, and West. This strategic location further helps reduce travel times and environmental impact.
