Our poultry is sourced from Red Tractor approved farms in the UK and trusted suppliers across Europe, giving chefs confidence in provenance and quality. From whole birds to expertly prepared cuts we deliver consistency, flavour and reliability in every order, making it easier to create dishes your customers will love.

We source all our processed items from our UK partners from Kent and the East Midlands. Ranging from authentic chorizo, salami and pancetta to locally made honey roasted ham. Fresh, long-shelf life, sustainably sourced and packaged processed items straight to your business!

Our Free range Turkeys come from a farm near Penrith whose owners have been breeding and rearing turkeys for over 20 years. They roam freely throughout the day and are housed in the evenings. This year we are offering the Bronze Turkey, which is a slow maturing bird which gives a fuller flavour. NB Some of the out-sourced sausage meats may contain gluten and/or preservatives.
